Casual Day
Casual Day is Friday, June 13th 2008, in the greater Birmingham/Gadsden area. It is a day when employers allow their employees to purchase and wear a T-shirt from United Cerebral Palsy, demonstrating their support of people with disabilities.
Casual Day is United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham's largest annual fundraiser. In 2007, more than 9,000 employees from over 250 companies participated in casual day raising close to $180,000! This made Birmingham's Casual Day #1 out of more than 60 UCP affiliates nationwide. Over the past 16 years, businesses have raised more than $2 million for people with disabilities through Casual Day!
This year we are offering various packages to employees that range from coupons and a UCP item, t-shirt and coupon packages, Belk gift card packages, and City Stages packages.
