Casual Day 2012

Plans for Casual Day 2012 are underway. As always, we need your help to make it the best year yet! This year's event will be held on April 20th, 2012 and is sponsored by BancorpSouth, Belk, Birmingham Business Journal, CBS 42, Chick-fil-A, HealthSouth and Vaughn Design!

Casual Day is a day when employers allow their employees to purchase and wear a T-shirt from United Cerebral Palsy, demonstrating their support of people with disabilities. Casual Day is simple to conduct and very popular with employees. Participation is very easy and it requires nothing at all from the company.  One person in each company acts as a company coordinator and handles the sign-up for the company’s employees.  Many companies report that Casual Day helps to increase employee morale while also raising money for a great cause – to benefit more than 3,000 children and adults with disabilities served by UCP of Greater Birmingham.

Casual Day 2012 will help UCP enable people with disabilities to live life without limits.

This year's packages are:
$25: Casual Day T-shirt and Lanyard
$40: Casual Day T-shirt, Lanyard and $20 Belk gift card

If you or someone you know is interested in being a company coordinator for 2012, please contact Hillary Carnel at hcarnel@ucpbham.com or 205.944.3916.
