Join us in welcoming the following individuals to the UCP Board of Directors. Each director serves a three-year term, with an option to renew for a second three-year term. Each of these board members brings a wealth of knowledge of their respective industries and an enthusiasm for serving individuals with disabilities.
Jennifer Banik is an attorney with Reli, the largest provider of real estate title and settlement services in the State of Alabama. Jennifer is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Bessemer Board of Realtors.
Joyce E. Brooks is Area Manager for Alabama Power Company. She is very involved in the community and is a member of the Board of Main Street Birmingham and the Birmingham Jefferson Transit Authority.
A. Michelle Clemon is the Vice President of Human Resources and Community Affairs at McWane, Inc. Michelle is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Society of Human Resource Management. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute.
Matthew Stringfellow is a CPA and Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, LLP. Matthew is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of CPAs.
Sandy Vollman is Inspector General and Senior Vice President Internal Audit & Controls for HealthSouth Corporation. Sandyis a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Instituteof <placename Internal Auditors.
Jamie Warren is President of The Forté Marketing Group, a full-service advertising agency in Birmingham. Jamie is a member of the Birmingham Advertising Federation and is a member of the Board of Directors of Parent Advocates Down Syndrome (PADS).
